Original Description:
The instruments have been identified as B-5 driftmeters.  Ellington was the base that taught the advanced navigation, along with advanced pilot and bombardier instruction.  There is some kind of scrolling device on the instrument.  Maybe a map?  The table has electric, and I also see a yardstick attached to the front.
I am assuming that E. F. is Ellington Field, which would fit with the other photos I have in the group.  Ellington is currently a Joint Air Ba...se and home to NASA flight operations for the Johnson Space Center.
