This is a WWII Japanese women's war association high ranking official officer's sash. During WW2, war associations were common to help the soldiers going off to war and returning. This is a officer's sash and would have been worn by the association officer at parades and other events sending soldiers off to war and soldiers returning from war. This has stains, see close up photos for details. This measures 44" x 3". See close up photos for details of condition.
