This is a vintage gold filled ballpoint pen which measures 5 1/4 inches long and it dates to the 1960's. This collectable pen was made by Montblanc and it is the gold filled 12 sided multi 4 x colours ballpoint pen which operates with a push / sliding lever system. The firm's name "Montblanc" is impressed to the side of the pocket clip together with the firm's "White Star" logo to the top. Below the four sliders on the barrel you can see the small dots indicatin...g the colours - red, black, blue and green. The top of the pen unscrews to reveal the compartments for the four refills - there are none present but the buyer should have no problem in sourcing them. The condition of the ballpoint pen is good with no splits, cracks, nicks, damage or loss to the gold filled finish and the push / sliding lever mechanism is in good working order. For accuracy in my description I will point out that there are some light signs of wear as is to be expected but nothing too serious or detracts in any way. This vintage gold filled 12 sided ballpoint pen, made by Montblanc and with multi x 4 colours and push / sliding lever system, would make an idea gift or a great addition to any collection.
