I purchased this vintage license plate frame at an auction in Ohio. It is from Clifton Motor Sales in Circleville, Ohio. They sold Oldsmobile and Cadillac. The frame is made of plastic by Vernon Co. Newton, Iowa. It measures about 10 1/4 inches long by 6 1/4 inches wide. It was place on the front license plate holder at the car lot as an advertisement for the dealership. I have included several photographs to help you see condition and content.
