Pair of Pierce Arrow Hubcaps--One with Lock, No Key
This pair of hubcaps measure about 8 inches in diameter. They have not been cleaned at all. One of them has a lock, but no key. This hubcap has a good-sized dent and rust inside. The other one is in better condition with less rust. Please look at pictures carefully to determine condition.
