303rd Bombardment Group (H) "Hell's Angels" World War II. The 303rd Bomb Group was an Eighth Air Force, B-17 Bomber Group stationed at Molesworth, England from 1942 to 1945.
This is found photo - an original photograph, part of a collection/estate from a Corporal with the 35...8th Bomb Squadron. Papers show he was an Aerial Photographic Technician / Camera Technician. Many of the photos in his collection were used for the book "The First 300 - Might In Flight - Hell's Angels - WWII 303rd Bombardment Group Book, for which he was a photographer.
