The package states that the diapers fit 16-28 lbs, or 7-13 kg, but the older diapers are usually bigger, and these are Baby Dry diapers, designed with 3 absorbent layers. Th...e date on the package is 1999, but each diaper is clearly stamped 1998. These Pampers Baby Dry diapers feature a plastic outer covering, Gentle Touch Liner with Aloe, three absorbent layers, resealable tapes, and cute colorful bears with parachutes on the waistband.
