This is a custom Marx Johnny West Thunderbolt.He has been customized with a new tail (with wire inside for stability), one new ear, and a light dapple gray.
This is a one-of-a-kind handcrafted collectible model meant for display, not meant for child's play.
Seams and manufacturer's mark have been removed as is normal with customs. Base coat of Krylon primer, painted with many layers of alternated chalk pastels, acrylic paint, and matte finish to add depth to the color. ...; Finally, it is finished with several layers of matte finish for protection.
Please note his condition carefully in the pictures, he is sold as is. The models I start with are vintage and usually have minor flaws due to play and age. I improve their condition, but they may still have small imperfections such as a scratch that I couldn't get totally sanded out. Don't hesitate to ask questions before bidding.
He is from a smoke free home.
