This is an old Weston Electrical Instrument Corp. DC Voltmeter #45 with wood case. The date it was last certified is November 4, 1943. It has not been tested. We picked this up at an estate sale at Lake Tahoe, we were told the man that used this instrument worked on the Mothball fleet near San Francisco.
