Offered is this special cruise book offered to the crew of USS Hornet in 1969. In this 64 page book you'll see many behind the scene preparation of the crew and civilian personnel. You'll see our pollywog ceremony as we crossed over the equator. We worked hard and played hard, and poor us, we were in and out of Pear Harbor Hawaii, in training for weeks. For me there are many photos of my personal contribution to this recovery, but it's time to let the past be the past. In the book you'...ll see some very notable people including John McCain's father, a Navy Admiral. John Mc Cain was still a POW.
