Dennison's Bogie Book 1922 Please see pictures, this is damaged but complete.

The front cover has been scribbled on in pencil, and also colored in with black marker on the pumpkin's eyes.
There is a tear about halfway down the right side of the book that goes through all the pages, from front cover to back cover.
Spine has heavy wear but still has both staples
Front cover and back cover have lots of creases and wear.
Lots of toning and dark s...pots from age on the page edges and pages. It's sad to see something so old in such poor condition, but perhaps a vintage Halloween collector might use it as a place holder until they find one in better condition. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
