Clear glass raised on a smoked glass cylinder, bears etched marks LIVIO SEGUSO/ MAIKUS

Small area of unevenness from manufacture. Caused by bubbles erupting on the surface as the glass cooled.
No chips cracks or restoration with the odd minor scuff here and there commensurate with age and use.
