A single Victorian Christmas greetings card featuring a river scene with a sailing boat and pretty embossed gold surround, featuring birds, flowers and twigs. The artist's initials are in the left hand bottom ...area of the picture. They appear to be B D S which is probably B D Sigmund who worked for Hildesheimer & Faulkner between 1885 and 1892.

In good to good+ condition with minor scuffing to corners and edges. Light mark on the top right hand corner and lightly soiled atound the edges.
The back has been stuck in an album at four corners and when taken out has left some glue residue/album but no obvious thinning. The rest of the back is quite clean.
Measures approximately 4 1/2" x 5 3/4".
