This listing is for a cast iron (Carrie) "Ax Of All Nations" Prohibition "Cut Out The Whiskey" hatchet. This has raised lettering on one side indicating this was a promotional item from "Art Stove Co., Detroit Mich.", which says "Buy Lauret Stoves & Ranges". This also has a hook on the end which was be used to lift the lids on wood stoves to add more wood. It has a small hammer on one end, opposite end of the hatchet, which is not sharp. This is in very good condi...tion with no chips or damage, and measures 9 1/4" long and 4 1/4" wide, rust tone in color. This is dated 1901, may not be accurate, but perhaps the mold date. Great man cave item.
