Original Description:
This is a beautiful Navajo saddle blanket with very nice patterns and colors.
Fair vintage condition with signs of wear from age and use. Some damage on corners, 1 hole. A couple small stains. See Photos.
Measures approx. 25" x 50"
Please note that we are not professionals in authenticating Navajo weaving. In the research I have done there are identifiers that point to this being an authentic piece. I am able to identify the use of a continuous warp, it is made of ...wool, and there is no fringe. Due to these characteristics, I believe this to be an authentic Navajo work. Please do due diligence and examine the photos thoroughly.
