It has been attached to a wooden base and is in need of some repair. He's a little bent out of shape and the winding mechanism does not ...work properly. You can wind it up a little bit and he will sometimes play for a few seconds if you jiggle it or tap it the right way. He is being sold as-is for parts/repair.
