Manufactured by Mat Mathias in Huddersfield UK in the early 80's.

The chassis is mounted in a Boogie 50 caliber head cabinet for convenience, but it comes with its original 1x15 cabinet.
This is #21... of a reported 30 produced.
This amp is extremely unique and Mr Mathias final design.
1981 Mat designed and began building the Matamp V-14.
Mat completed 30 of them from 1981-85,
then his health failed forcing him to cease his craft for good.
2 Channel, Boost, and amazingly...Reverb!
Comes with it's massive original footswitch for overdrive, boost and Reverb.
Highly variable EQ with bass treble middle presence and bright switch.
The amp has three volumes, two work on one channel, and all three work for the Lead Channel...Its very reminiscent of the original Park Rock head except for done right with proper foot switching...and reverb, talk about unusual!
Slave out and external speaker jacks are on the back.
This amp is extremely versatile, probably the most versatile vintage Matamp ever made!
Capable of shimmering cleans and crushing distortion
Stoner metal to surf rock at bedroom or stadium volumes. From the Who to the Black Crowes to metal.
One amazing thing about this amp is that you can really hear the guitar you're playing through no matter how much gain you use.
