What you are looking at is an ULTRA RARE Eclipse 3242 competition 1000 watt 4 Channel amplifier! It was a sad day when Eclipse closed their doors, they were a very well known name in the car audio industry. This amp has some minimal scratches, but overall looks very good!!!
