Insane 1874 Elgin B.W. Raymond 18s 15j Keywind Railroad Pocket Watch Gold Filled. Condition is "Pre-owned". Shipped with USPS First Class. Watch is running but has not been tested for accuracy. Since I have not serviced this watch and it is a vintage piece, it is sold as is with no warranties or guarantees concerning reliability, water resistance, time keeping accuracy, or other mechanical defects. I do accept returns but have a 20% relisting fee with a max fee of $45 unless grossly mi...sinterpreted. Since these are old watches the most likely will not be running 100% accurate and may need to be regulated. Payment will be through PayPal and international shipments will only be through the Global Shipping Program. The full value of the piece will be declared on all customs forms. I will gladly combine shipping on orders in the US but sometimes combining global shipping can be difficult. I will gladly ship to US addresses for foreign buyers if they can provide verification of the PayPal address in the US. Since I include tracking and insurance in the shipping costs, I will not negotiate lower shipping prices. In some instances, I will offer both an expedited Priority Mail Option and a more reasonably priced first class option for US shipping.
