This beautiful pendant is handcrafted by Reggie Widen, a local Haida Artisan on Vancouver Island. Argillite rock is a unique black slate found only on the islands of Haida Gwaii, also known as the Queen Charlotte Islands. Historically and today, the Haida people own the exclusive rights to use argillite. As you wear a piece of argillite jewelry, the natural oils of your skin will enhance the stone’s natural beauty. It is inlaid with abalone and signed by the artist. In new condition.... 

This pendant measures 3.6 cm x 3 cm and .7 cm thick.
