(3) Where are you located?Hockey Card World is located in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. Our warehouse is not open to the public. We are a mail order company.
(4) How long will it take for my order to arrive?Shipping standard mail within Canada can take 2-7 business days, United States 3-10 business days and World Wide can take 5-15 business days. All per Canada Post. Please note due to mail interruption and World events, sometimes mail can take longer. This is out of our hands. For faster shipping please select Expedited Shipping at checkout or contact us prior to shipment.
(5) Do you accept returns?Hockey Card World accept returns on un-opened items only. We do not accept returns on graded cards or boxes that have been opened. If you change you mind for some reason once item is delivered we refund amount of item excluding shipping fees. In some cases, if damage is occurred during shipment, refunds might be issued however Hockey Card World will request photos of damage.
