From a NE Estate comes this Crown Trifari Alfred Phillipe 1940's Jelly Belly Turtle Pin done in Sterling with a gold wash. It features a large Jelly Belly of lucite surrounded by a frame shaped as a Turtle with accents of white clear rhinestones. Turtle has emerald green eyes. It is marked on the reverse: TRIFARI, STERLING, DES PAT. NO 135170. It is in fine pre owned condition and all stones present but there is evidence of replaced white stones, one green emerald eye and some sc...ratching on the lucite. This is an early pin and is being sold in as found condition. I will show lots of pics for you to make your own assessment. Just noting all this for accuracy... Still extremely Fab!
