MISPRESS version with artist listed on labels as "Mr. Weirdo And The Gassers". Front cover art by ED "BIG DADDY" ROTH. Original 1964 U.S. (Scranton) first pressing stereo Capitol ST 2114. Includes original factory inner sleeve with 3" side split and 4" bottom split.
