Included in the purchase is a lifetime warranty on both Teddy Ruxpin and Grubby as long as the dog doesn't destroy them or they get thrown under the bus. They must be repairable. This grouping is for the serious collector or a parent or parents that truly love their children and want to be able to help them learn ABC, s counting, colors, shapes, sizes, direction, and oppo...sites, while home bound. If you have children that love bedtime stories and need to learn how to read or just get better at reading, this collection of most of the tales we grew up with will be read to them by the animatronic characters, who move their lips and eyes in sync with the stories. While they can follow along with word for word illustrated individual books. This collection is hours and hours of entertainment and learning fun. This is a pair of excellently restored Teddy & Grubby animatrons that talk, move their eyelids and mouth while talking through wondrous adventures and story book tales. They can be battery operated or used with a transformer saving on the cost of batteries. If you choose to use batteries please remove them after each use. If you want the transformer let me know and I will include one at no additional cost. If batteries are stored in Teddy or Grubby for extended periods of time the terminals will corrode. Teddy and Grubby each takes turns in telling a part of the story, all the while following along with the written word in the picture book. They were designed to help children learn to read. My kids loved them! As a special if you buy Teddy and Grubby you get 40 Different titles, like new, pristine books and tapes, literally over 40 hours back to back of different Disney fairy-tales and entertainment. I have boxes of duplicate books. Order soon if you want any of them, I only have one copy of all of the tapes and books which are included in this package. Also there is a working Grubby telephone and complete sealed answer box with all the programs, lunch box and thermos and both big and small pristine, unmolested Teddy's storage boxes as well as the projector and slides of the picture show.
