Wurlitzer Vintage 1970s Model 200A Electric Piano.
This 200A Wurlitzer Black Electric Piano is in extremely fine condition. It came from a smoke free environment and was never gigged or taken on the road. The condition of this 50 something year old vintage instrument is extraordinary. Here are some details; Please note; I am not sure of the exact year of manufacture but the serial number is 137678 which I have been told places it at around 1974-1976. There are no gouges, ...and only a few light surface scratches. The worst scratch is on the front aluminum plate and while its hardly noticeable I'm specifically pointing that out. I acquired the instrument about 6 or 7 years ago. As I am not a keyboard player, it has not been used. The keyboard action is still incredible, remarkably smooth and tight. The only place on the piano that shows slight deterioration are the stainless steel legs which are slightly tarnished, or maybe slightly pitted. I'm told they will polish or buff out? You really have to look closely to see this as they still have a nice shine but do not want to hold any info back. Again please look at the photos.
I opened the unit to make an inspection and I don't believe it had ever been opened before. I'm including the photos I took as the inner workings of this 50 something year old piano look like new. The piano includes its original sustain pedal as well as the bolt on music rack. To the best of my knowledge this unit is in perfect working order. As a old vintage instrument it is of course being sold in as is condition but as you can see from the photos, it basically looks new! Should you require any addition info or even more photos I will of course comply.
