Up forauction is a vintage RHODE ISLAND PORCELAINLICENSE PLATE with numbers combination of 10387. A plate in nice conditionmeasuring approx. 4 ½” x 12”. I am not sure what year this black letters onwhite background plate would be. Thinking early teens 1912? I will be listing early LEATHER and PORCELAINLICENSE PLATES.
