Antique Lachenal Concertina with metal fretted ends.47 buttons and 6 bellowsMeasures 6.25" across flats.
Complete with original wooden boxI know very little about these musical instruments but it appears in good condition, one leather strap split, split on box lid. Bellows appear in good condition - please see photos.
One button does not 'pop back' up.
