Colt original vintage 4x20 rifle scope designed for AR carry handle. Made in Japan. Starting bid 0.01, no reserve.
Bought in 1985, one owner, always kept in a humidity-controlled safe. No visible wear on the exterior except slight scoring of the metal where the scope attaches to the carry handle which is typical for this design to obtain a secure snug fit.
This scope came as a package deal with a Colt rifle purchased new in 1985. Original sales receipt is pictured in the Ebay lis...ting to show the purchase date by the original owner, but this receipt will not be included in the shipment to protect personal information.
The glass is clear and the crosshair reticle is sharp as seen in attached photo. There is some slight aberration around the very outside of the optical picture as is typical for older sights; this is also visible in the photo taken through the optic on the listing.
Comes with original leather lens covers and a velvet pouch, and will be well-protected in layers of bubble wrap with full insurance via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, buyer's choice. Sold only to USA buyers/end users with USA addresses for export control purposes.
