Vintage Hamilton 14K Gold and Diamond ladies wind up watch. Watch case back is marked 14K Gold and has 32 diamonds surrounding watch face (I do not know caret of diamonds). Weight of case and diamonds with mechanism and crystal removed is approximately 8g. Watch mechanism is marked Hamilton USA 22 jewels. Watch case back on inside is marked SD55673. Wire rope watch band is marked "Finesse USA 1/40th 10K RGP. Picture with penny is to illustrate watch size. Sorry for the bad quality of p...ictures I did the best I could. This is a beautiful watch with 10 diamonds at 12 and 6 positions with 6 smaller diamonds on each side of watch face at 3 and 9 position. Sold as is, running fine at this time!
