 Not a ton going on with this one. Has a nice ghost 9 and pretty base color and is 150 or so years old so that's something I guess. Oh and the thinnest horsehair of oxblood in places I have ever seen as well. Nice example of early marble making. No damage just tiny asmades. 1870 or so from Germany. In doing so tiny little flaws end up looking quite monstrous, but that is my aim. Macro pics also show in vivid detail, makers marks, surface texture and ripples, surface debris, tiny bubbles and even their shadows in some pics. In your hand these details are much harder to see.
