Pre-owned nice condition with extra long 72" cord that has a on off switch

There is some yellowing areas to his belly where the white is and to the white brim area on hat. I did not try and clean as I will leave this to buyer. Not sure
what it is or if it comes off.
He does have some scuff/scratch marks to him which is expected due to age.
