PIONEER ELITE CLD-97 CD-CDV- LD Laser Disc Player, With Star Wars CAV Box. Included is player, original owner's manual, and Star Wars CAV Box set w/book. Sorry, I could not find the remote control. Also, the Television in the picture is not included in this sale. I also have about 10 more miscellaneous Laserdiscs that I am happy to include as well if the buyer desires (none of them are amazing).
***NOTE ON PERFORMANCE*** We just got done playing the entir...e Star Wars box set this Christmas break, and the disc tray randomly freezes when closing. Maybe one out of ten times, it will close about 2", then freeze. If you open it and then close it, it closes all the way. This seems to happen more often if it is sitting on something that is not level, but it does not happen consistently enough for me to troubleshoot. I think we opened the tray about 15 times watching the box set, and it did it twice, sitting on a slightly off level table. I tested it on a perfectly level one, and it only jammed once out of about 25 times opening/closing. It never did this before, but has been sitting in a closet for the last 9 years, so it is possible there is some grease that has dried out, etc. I am not a technician, so do not take this statement as a diagnosis.
