You are bidding on a pair of Western Electric Type 147A capacitors/condensers. They are in original condition, and rated at 4 MFD. Both are good, measuring 4.28 and 4.29 MFD with my meter. One has the earlier silver paint, with a date code of II-39. The other is dated III-43 with gray paint. It needs a better cleaning. Both have Western Electric Condenser, USA embossed on one side. In size, they measure roughly 1 5/8 by 1 1/2 inches in cross se...ction, and 3 1/2 inches tall, not counting the terminals and mounting bolts. They should be great for your tube amplifier project.
