THIS IS FROM THE ESTATE BELOW DR. KENNY WORKED AT THE APPLIED NAVAL SCIENCE LABORATORY in NEW YORK AND LATER AT THE NATIONAL Bureau of standards this was in his collection as were many of the electronics I have listed. Appears to be in virtually mint condition BUT I plugged it in no lights came on so being sold as is. Not working.
