Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.There are some heavy scratches and scuffs on the top of the device.
Th...ere are some stains on the back panel where the rear ports are.
The paint is chipping off in various places along the front edge.
There are some heavy scratches on the top of the plastic piece.
I was able to power on the device.
I was able to get video and audio input using an in-house Video camera (not included) and an in-house Audio system (not included) to the RCA input.
I was able to get video and audio output using an in-house monitor (not included) connected to the RCA output.
I was able to test the IR sensor working using an in-house Universal remote (not included).
I was able to insert, play and eject an in-house Betamax tape (not included).
I was able to test the playback features working.
I was able to test the recording feature working.
I was able to adjust the recording level and the monitor select.
I was able to test the peak level meter working.
I was able to play a Betamax tape for 10 mins without any issues.
