~*~Hello and Welcome to the Textile Trunk~*~EXTRAORDINARY ~ this wonderful curtain panel is French and dates c1900. STUNNING silk chine ! This beautiful panel uses the most wonderfully printed silk with stunning chine warp print!!~The silk is a light to medium weight ~ LOVELY lovely lovely pattern!! ~*~ The fabric has a wonderful warm golden tone and the printing is the most beautiful, subtle tones of greens, pinks, lilac, and wonderful rustic, terracotta red ~ I've never before ...found a textile such as this in such AMAZINGLY wonderful condition! ~ This panel backing has some marks , however the front is just LOVELY ~*~ The original silk trim runs down the right side and bottom ~*~ ~ a glorious and rare find ~ STUNNING ( please see my other textiles for the matching side panel) *~ ( I 1212)
