This item features bright orange terminated spessartinecrystals and white to clear hyalite opal on a matrix of granite and feldspar. The specimen has terminated spessartinecrystals from 1/16" to just under 3/16" wide that are aestheticallycrystallized as perfect dodecahedral crystals. They are quite gemmy and lustrous, and there are lots of nice crystalson all faces of this one! The overall dimensions on this one are 1 1/4"x 7/8" x 3/4There is... a second specimen that has crystals to 1/8” wide andoverall dimensions of 7/16” x 7/16” x 7/16”". The terminated feldspar crystals range up to 1/4. The locale is Leichang, Guangdong, China.
