for parts or not working....I say this because I never plugged in the stereo it came from. It came from a nice old console stereo, probably late 60's or early 70's. It came from a Delmonico Nivico stereo. I do not know the "real" brand of the record changer. I don't know if another manufacturer built this for Delmonico. 
The record changer is in good shape and the platter is not seized. I can't really tell much more about it. The AC power cord that comes with it is in good shap...e and plugs into a normal AC outlet. 
Shipping will be economy shipping of my choice. I have experience shipping turntables.
