Lionel No. 16934 O-Gauge Pennsylvania Flat Car with Caterpillar Road Grader. Flat car was been "weathered" and grader has engine painted black for a more realistic appearance-see pictures as they are part of the description. All in all a good looking piece of rolling stock. The flat car is free wheeling with operating couplers on both ends and the grader is firmly attached. There are no cracked, broken or missing pieces. Colors and graphics are very good. There is no box. Good op...portunity to obtain this uniquely finished item at a low opening bid.
