Here is a Con-Cor 0002 HO Scale US Army Hospital Train Set. This amazing set includes: Steam Locomotive, Tender, three Hospital Ward Cars, one Diner Car, one Surgical Unit Car, and one Observation Car. This set is constructed of detailed plastic.
