Original Description:
Vintage Rare (Antique) JAPANESE MEIJI-SHOWA Period,  Solid Pewter and Mixed-Metals, Dragons Motif, Picture Frame. Actual age unknown, but possibly cr 1912-1940. Weighs 1 lb 12 oz. All hanging hardware is intact and excellent condition. Outer frame measurement approx. 8" H x 10" W inches.  I have cleaned up the frame and added New glass. Perhaps it would look different with polishing.
