Up for sale is a gorgeous pair of high end vintage Sansui SP 1200 speakers. This is their Multi-Directional 5 speaker system with 3 way adjustable crossover controls. The looks and build quality of these speakers is second to none, they are finished in open core walnut with a hard poly clear coat that protects the finish. They also have the famed Sansui Kumiko fretwork grills that put other speaker grills to shame. Each speaker weighs in at an astonishing 50lbs. The sound output o...f this pair is window rattling; you don’t need a subwoofer in your home setup with these. Sansui states, in the included owners manual, “The SP1200 is the most advanced speaker system in its power and price range in the world” That’s a bold statement but once you hear them you will agree. I’ve highlighted in two of my pictures the bottom back of one speaker and the upper back of the other speaker, both have some slight damage, no damage is seen from the front or affects the sound quality whatsoever.
