#26 tied by a New York CDS and circular grid cancel on a red and blue patriotic with a globe and large flag floating on the ocean. There are some tears and edge faults across the top. This is a scarce design Lot 4902 in the Bischel sale and is listed for $150.00. It also says there are only 3 recorded examples.
