Recorded October 17, 1992, this is a souvenir tape of the live audience performance of "Paramount Pictures Star Trek Adventure At the Universal Studios Tour."
This was a $7 million attraction located inside the Panasonic Theater at Universal Studios Hollywood from 1988 to 1994. Based on the Star Trek TV series, guests volunteered to put on costumes and be placed on sets from the show. Once all scenes were captured, the finished product was shown to the audiences. The audie...nce members were able to buy a copy of the video. So each performance is slightly different, with different cast, but cut together with scenes of Kirk, Spock, and other cast members in shots from Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.
