This is the VHS Videotape of Girls Night Out ( 1982 ) starring Hal Holbrook, Julia Montgomery, and Rutanya Alda. A scavenger hunt on campus turns deadly as a group of college coeds are targeted by a killer in a bear mascot costume. This tape has a line and a buzz in the first scene with the nurse for a second. After the guy hangs himself the next scene at the gym basketball scene with the cheerleaders there is a 5 second dropout in the tape ( I took a screen shot in one of my pictures ...) and 3 shakes on the basketball scene. These all happen in the first 6 minutes of the film. After this the tape played fine with maybe one or two rolling lines. The color and sound are very good through the rest of the tape. The spine label on the cassette has a thin tear through it and the title, ( I took a picture of this as well ). I replaced the box with a newer hard plastic one that was just like the original one ( the plastic was torn ). This is from Thorn EMI Video has has been out of print for years. If you don't need a perfect one and can live with some imperfections in the tape here it is. Media Mail has been a little slow due to the virus.
