An exceptionally good and heavy George IV milk jug from a tea set I’m listing in three lots. Melon form with acanthus chasing and vine leaf rims. Standing on lobed circular bases.See my other listings for the rest of the set. In excellent repair-free condition.Gilt-washed interior also in excellent condition.Measures 8.25” from handle to handle, and a max of nearly 5�...� tall to top of handle.Weight of this sugar bowl is 461 grams

Hallmarked for Adam Elder, Edinburgh 1827. There is also the mark ”C.M” which I haven’t been able to identify.Collection is welcome (if you pay cash) from Pembrokeshire.
