This iconic in store promotional poster was drawn by Art Adams and features Woverine , perhaps the greatest character from the X-Men. Art illustrated this iconic drawing during the mid80s and Marvel released it to stores as a window display featuring the well loved character, As an attention getter and a signal that wolverine comics were available at that location. Many of the posters used during those years suffered from the exposure to sun and wear in tear from tape and other display... methods. This poster was never displayed and was stored flat in file since its release.The item is super rare, given it’s 22 year age and is in excellent condition with bright colors, strong blacks and brilliant gloss on its coated surface. These are impossible to find and comprise a major part of marvel history and the years many consider to be the golden age of the X-Men books. The poster is large and would look excellent framed and displayed in anyone’s collectors room, library or gaming room recalling a golden time in marvel superhero history.
