Vintage Ceramic Swabbing Sailor Wine/Booze Bottle Décor 1972. This is a decorative piece only.Good condition. No chips or cracks. The cork top fits snuggly and is a slight struggle to get on and off. It also doesn't want to sit flush on his head. Most likely it would be best to remove the old cork and replace it with new cork. His velvet is a bit loose on the bottom, but it was not standard for it to be included on the bottle.
