For sale is the Savage Audio “Glas 30” 30 Watt Guitar Class A Tube Amplifier Made in Savage, Minnesota, USA. The amp is in perfect working order with built in tube driven reverb and 4 different input options. It is driven by 4 EL84s and is reminiscent of that classic Marshall plexi sound. It ranges from loud punchy cleans to beefy thick overdrive as you ramp up the loudness dial. There are two Celestion 8 ohm vintage 30s inside.
This 2x12 combo comes in the original black/grey/...gold color combination that was used and loved by Pearl Jam guitarist Mike McCready. If his tone is something you’re into, this amp is for you. The amp takes pedals well although they aren’t needed if u can use your guitar’s vol. knob to toggle between clean and crunchy. I have gotten tones out of it ranging from Jeff Beck to B.B. King. Cosmetically this amp is a 9/10 with Minor wear to the tolex and rubbing around the amp’s corners. Sonically this amp is a 10/10. There is no footswitch included.
