Here you’re bidding on a rare Mick Simmons LONUS smoking tin. This is a good, rare Australian smoking tin.
The text on this says, ‘LONUS smoking mixture manufactured for Mick Simmons Ltd. Sydney by the British Australasian tobacco company proprietary Limited Sydney Australia’.
This interestingly also says, ‘A favourite smoke with doctors who prefer it to all others on account of its purity and excellence’.
The front of this also says, ‘A perfect blen...d of high-quality tobacco which returns all the natural properties of the leaf’.
This is a great looking thing, very art deco with swirling tobacco leaves on each side of the tin.

Overall in good to very good condition With minimal loss to the lettering, only the S in smoking and m in mixture.
